ORDER STATUS

What’s the status of my order?

To check on the status of your order, sign into your account and select “Orders” from the menu for all of your information.

SIZE ADVICE

How do I select the right size for baby?

HOTBUNZ pants often last longer than the average 3 months because they were designed to.  Our baby soft organic cotton has ample stretch.  And the waistband and cuffs look good folded up or down.  All this gives your HOTBUNZ a generous fit, allowing each pair to grow with your baby.

See our sizing chart for useful guideline. When in doubt, buy a size bigger.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Can I return an order?

We absolutely love every pair of HOTBUNZ and we want you to as well.  If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will take them back any time within 30 days.  No questions asked.

The Details:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached.  Returns that do not meet our policy cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

You will be refunded the full value of your purchased products.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on shipping fees.

 

Can I exchange a purchase?

You can return your purchases for a full refund.   If you would like to exchange it for another item, you will first need to return the item for a full refund, and then make a new purchase.

 

Returning Gifts – who gets refunded? And will they know?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (the recipient), you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Please include the gift receipt with your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver (to the original method of payment) and they will find out about your return.

 

When do I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

I haven’t received my refund yet - why?

If you have already been notified that we have received your return item, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Your bank may also be able to advise you on the processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve already done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

How do I set up a return?

The return process is quick and simple.  Email us with your order number (on your receipt).  We’ll be in touch within 24 hours.

 

What address do I send my return?

For returns, mail your product to:

Who pays return shipping costs?

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping items over $75, we advise you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TAXES and DUTIES

Who pays for Taxes and Duties, if any?

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES HOTBUNZ ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.

 

I just bought an item that’s gone on sale – can I get a sale price adjustment?

We are happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale, provided the exact style and size of the item purchased is still available.  All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.

We are unable to offer price adjustment on an item purchased at a discounted sale price, should the item be further marked-down

 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not.  However registering is fast and simple and makes future purchases even simpler.
