We absolutely love every pair of HOTBUNZ and we want you to as well. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will take it back any time within 30 days. No questions asked.
You can return your purchases for a full refund. If you would like to exchange it for another item, you will first need to return the item for a full refund, and then make a new purchase.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached.
Purchases should be sent back within the 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of HOTBUNZ.
If you received HOTBUNZ as a gift, you can return the item for store credit. Please contact us directly to arrange.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
SETTING UP A RETURN
The return process is quick and simple. Email us with your order number (on your receipt) and let us know whether you’d like a refund or exchange. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping items over $75, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale, provided the exact style and size of the item purchased is still available. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on an item that has been purchased at a discounted sale price, should the item be further marked-down.
